The July Holotropic Breathwork® session offers participants the opportunity to explore inner awareness through conscious breathing, music, and supported bodywork. This guided experience allows participants to enter expanded states of consciousness, helping to process emotions, gain insight, and reconnect with a deeper sense of meaning and balance.
Facilitated by experienced practitioners, the workshop provides a safe, respectful, and contained space for exploration. Each participant will have the chance to take part as both a breather and a sitter, fostering mutual support and understanding within the group. The process can complement ongoing personal growth, counselling, or spiritual practice, and is open to both newcomers and returning participants.
Instructions & Etiquette
Participants are asked to arrive at least 20 minutes early for introductions and orientation. Comfortable clothing is recommended, along with a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and water bottle. Please refrain from consuming alcohol, caffeine, or heavy meals before attending. Confidentiality, kindness, and non-judgmental presence are vital for maintaining a safe group experience.
